Hello, I'm Naz

I’ve been exploring health, wellness, and personal growth since 2003. I write about the growth, resilience, and meaningful change. My work explores psychology, habits, and human behaviour—helping you rethink progress.

About Naz Jaffar

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in health, fitness, and personal development, guiding others through change. But transformation isn’t just about what we know—it’s about how we live it.

My writing is about exploring ideas, questioning assumptions, and offering fresh ways to think about progress.

I draw from experience, reflection, and timeless wisdom to help you navigate change—not as a single breakthrough, but as a series of small, meaningful shifts that build over time.

The Journey

I began my career in fitness and coaching, working directly with clients to improve their health and wellbeing.

Over time, I realised that true change isn’t about following a formula—it’s about understanding what truly works for you.

This realisation led me to shift from coaching to writing, where I could explore deeper ideas about how we grow, adapt, and build a meaningful life.

Today, my focus is on writing articles that bring clarity to the complex, challenge assumptions, and encourage thoughtful reflection.

Beyond Writing

Born in the UK and now based in the US, I’ve lived through my own phases of growth—navigating health struggles, career shifts, and redefining what progress means at different stages of life.

Outside of writing, my world revolves around my husband, son, and family back in the UK—reminding me daily of what truly matters. Their presence keeps me grounded in the very ideas I explore in my work—the delicate balance between pushing forward and knowing when to pause.

Looking Ahead

I don’t claim to have all the answers. But through writing, I aim to explore better questions—the ones that challenge us, stretch our perspectives, and ultimately, help us grow.
